Join us for a 75-minute Sound Bath designed to support deep relaxation and restoration without effort. No movement. No talking. Nothing to figure out. Just lying down and allowing sound to guide your body into a calmer, more balanced state. Through gentle vibrations and harmonizing frequencies, this experience helps quiet the mind and invite the body back into a place of ease—often more quickly than thought-based relaxation alone.
