Service Description

The ultimate form of self-care. The experience begins with the attendant making themselves comfortable, whether that be seated or lying down in a comfortable position. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and energetically shift the attendant into a relaxed form of meditation and self-discovery. Completing the experience with a guided meditation giving the attendant the opportunity to meet their higher selves and have the choice to embody this essence and unite the mind, body and spirit. **I recommend attendants bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and an eye mask or whatever items that would bring them comfort**

Cancellation Policy

I understand that situations come up unexpectedly. However, to protect my schedule, please kindly give 48 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule a session. Service Cancellations less than 48 hours will not be subject to a refund, unless it is an emergency; each case will be reviewed. Please send me an email or text message as soon as possible and a different schedule may be offered according to the service availability. Late Cancellations (24 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge with No Refund and No Transferring to a new date. Please, understand you're giving me less than 24 hours to fill your spot. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NO REFUND Policy. **If your scheduled time has started without you it is a No-Show, whether you are “on your way.” Please notify me via text if you are arriving more than 5 minutes late to your session.
